A square meter, filled with sand and ceramic objects. ''What is this?'' You might think. When you place the blue bricks on the field you find out that you can make a beat. The tempo of the sound differs through the distance you have between brick and motherbrick. You play around. ''Wauw, this sound gloncky!!'' While the beat is playing you place your hands on the other ceramic object. When you close the pipes with your fingers a tone will be heard. Which you can combine. (two pipes closed, two tones playing) In this tone-pack, you have 2 sub base type sounds & 3 lead-synth type sounds. Mix this all together, and you can have some good fun playing this installation! "great!

the tech

How does it work?

For the synth; The LDRs have numbers as outcome ofcourse. This outcome is linked to sound. For the drum machine: For this machine, I've used a millis clock. Drum hits on certain numbers in the clock. Which generates an ongoing beat.
