We have used 3 different sensors, a few buttons and potentiometers.
- ultrasonic distance sensor that recognizes when a hand is placed inside the box
- a bend sensor attached to a membrane which modulates the sound
- different type of pressure sensor placed under a balloon - it’s responsible for another modulation
There are also 3 buttons hidden between other objects. When you hold them they trigger different nature-destructive sounds.
Potentiometers - turn the knob - add a sound of construction work or a highway.
